Ordering process:
* If you are a new customer, please register as a member first. Regular customers just log in with your account (your email address). After logging in information on prices will be appear. In management page of your account you can edit your contact information, change your password, or review your previous orders. By clicking on the categories on the left you can start your ordering process. BE
REMEMBER, PLEASE DO PROVIDE ID OF YOUR COMPANY (HERE MEANS THE TAX
NUMBER OF YOUR COMPANY IN YOUR COUNTRY). WITHOUT THIS TAX NUMBER WE HAVE
TO ADD 23% OF VAT ONTO YOUR BILL.
* Making
a order is easy: once you have found the product interested you just
add it to the basket. You repeat this process for all those items you
want. Before checking out you can still edit your ordering list, for
example, to change the quantity of the items or delete the items from
your list. You click the "Next" button then you will go to the checkout page.
* At the checkout, you can see the details and select the payment method.
Regular customers usually have two weeks payment time. However, new
customers usually need to pay in advance.

On the next page you'll see a summary of your order. You can write your
message here if you need to tell us something. Your order will be sent
to us by your clicking the "Send" button. We'll send you back an order confirmation via email or telephone as soon as your order is received.
NOTE!
* All your contacts will remain only our attention, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE reveal your contact information to third parties!
* Minimum quantity of order value should be 100€. If a order is 50-100€, a process fee of 15€ will be charged.
*Freight
will be added to your bill. However, if an order is over 500 €, we will
share half of the freight for your order. And if the order is over
1.000 € we will pay all of the freight for you.
* All prices include VAT 23%
* Your order will be processed within 2-7 working days.
